You Thought I Was Dead Didn't You?

I found this article that I think we can all relate to. I have begun to reign in the eating; I am not going to wait until the New Year to address the situation. When we do that, we just give ourselves permission to overeat until then.

    1. It has been a super busy Christmas season as I am making several of my gifts. I just have too many irons in the fire as they say. I am planning on jumping back in to blogging in the New Year. Hope all is well. Have a blessed Christmas.

    2. You've got it. (Though I'm not sure exactly HOW to do that.) I've been in a holding pattern at 143. Technically, I'm OK there and it probably is where my body "wants" to be. However, I continue to write 139 as my target in my journal, but have not been doing anything extra to achieve that.....It probably wouldn't take much except some regular exercise.....which WOULD be a healthy choice for me. OK. I'll quite bugging you for a day or two now. )

    1. Yes Maren. We shouldn't wait for the New Year and I am regaining my brain power but there has been a regain that will have to be dealt with and I have nobody to blame but myself. Take care and have a blessed Christmas.
