they are ignored.."
What facts have you ignored? Why and for how long?
Changing the way we approach weight loss can help us be more successful at losing it. Most people who try to lose weight focus on one thing: weight loss. However if we set goals, begin to eat healthy foods, become more physically active, and learn how to change behaviors, then we may be more successful at losing weight. Over time, these changes will become routine and part of our everyday life.
These areas must be permanently changed:
1.) what we eat
2.) how we eat
3.) our behavior and
4.) our activity level
We all know this; we have heard it many times. We are good at finding excuses for not doing any and all of them. Ignoring them does not make them go away (darn!)
